49 acres, 2 loughs open March to October for brown trout, stocked several times a year. Fly and worm allowed.

There is a jetty where you can launch a boat and platforms suitable for disabled anglers.

Donaghahguy Reservoir

Located near Warrenpoint the reservoir is about 2 acres, spring fed and stocked with rainbows and brown trout 1.5lbs to 8lbs. Fly and worm allowed, bubble floats also but no bigger that 1.25 inches. You need a Lough Agency License. Permits from Bennets Bar call 028 41752 314.

There is a good tarmac track round the reservoir making if accessible to people with mobility difficulties. There are also platforms.

Kiltybane Lake

Stocked regularly with brown trout and rainbows, three fish limit, call 02830861435 or 028 3086 8029 for permits. There are new wooden platforms on this lough which would suit anglers with disabilities and on site toilet facilities. FCILC license required go to Fishing Rod Licenses N Ireland

Craigavon Lakes

Fly, spinning, worm fishing off the bank for trout and pike. Fly only from boats.

DAERA permit and license required. There is a good tarmac path around the lake good for wheelchair users but no safety railing.

Loughgall Country and Golf Park

A 37 acre lake stocked with roach, perch, tench, bream, pike and carp. There are 100 fishing stands some suitable for use by disabled anglers.

Permits from the Country Park shop, DAERA license needed.

Lough Ross

Free fishing for pike and perch, rod license required. Nice areas for picnicing. So close to the border with Eire that it runs through the lough. Will you need your passport as well as the rod license to fish the whole lough?

There are platforms that might assist disabled anglers to access the fishing.
