Bantry Lough brown trout fly only, 3 stands for disabled.

Fishing on White Lough (pike and rainbows) is free, you just need a DAERA License. Wheelchair accessible stands by the car Park.


Cam Lough


Ballinderry Rivers Trust offer fishing for season ticket holdes on Cam Lough located a few miles from Pomeroy. The lough has a good head of wild brown trout.

Parking and disable access to the north of the lough.

Eskragh Fishery


Part of an outdorr centre the fishery which is just 1 mile from Dungannon is 54 acres of gin clear water.

Stocked every 3/4 weeks with fish 1 to 6lb the fish grow on well in the fertile waters reaching over 10lbs on occasion.

There is a good wadeable stretch of bank and several 17 and 19ft boats for hire. They can be hired with a 4 hp motor, electric motor or just oars.

Open all day the fiishery offers catch and keep and catch and release tickets. They also offer an annual ticket. Fishing is by fly, spinner and worm. No catch and release with spinner or worm.

There is a good pathway to stands for disabled anglers and toilets, showers and changing facilites suitable for disabled persons.

Lough McRory


Lough McRory and Mullins Angling Association are a go ahead bunch. They have the fishing in the 53 acre Lough McRory for wild brown trout, perch, pike and triploid rainbows. All legal methods allowed from the bank.

They have 6 Sheelin 19ft and 3 Morris 17 foot boats available for hire. Boat fishing is fly only.

They have plans to start a youth development progamme and they have 5 qualified angling coaches to do so.

They also have 3 jettys for fishing that can accomodate two wheelchiar users.

Day tickets (2 fish) and season available. All fish other than rainbows catch and release.

Located near Cookstown the well maintained attractive fishery has 3 lakes, 2 trout and one for pike. All of the trout are reared on site from fry.

Fly fishing lake is stocked with rainbows 3 to 18lbs.

Bait Lake with rainbows 1.5 to 7lbs.

Pike Lake, a new feature.

The fishery has good facilities, offers a free cuppa, always welcome. Toilets on site. The fishery is accessible for disabled anglers.

Sion Mill Angling Club


Sion Mills have an enviable stretch of the river Moutne, very productive. They have also done some great work to make the river accessible to anglers and walkers alike and this work has also give anglers with disabilities to the river along the Mourne Riverside Walk.

You need a DAERA or Lough Agency license with the endorsement to fish here. Day tickets in 2019 are £30 per day, (bargain), available along with licenses 7 days a week from the Sion Mill Information Office.
