Game Fishing Pysgota Gem

Taff Bargoed Angling Association

This is an excellent facility for both able bodied and disabled anglers.

The club has a fishing on a stretch of the river Taff Bargoed for brown trout and for brown trout and rainbows on two lakes feed from the waters of the Taff Bargoed.

The lakes, Top Lake 3 acres and Bottom Lake 8.5 acres are very well kept with good pathways and parking adjacent to pegs. No steps or gates. There are good double platforms as well as specially designed platforms for wheelchair users. Both lakes are stocked with rainbows and brown trout.

There is a lodge on site with a cafe and toilets including facilities for disabled persons. Permits from the lodge.
